Time and Material Labor Rates:
*minimum charge of $50 per visit
Maintenance Supervisor- $80.00 Per Hour
Maintenance Crew Member- $70.00 Per Hour
Roof Shoveling- $70.00 Per Hour
Plumbing Service Call- $80.00 Per Hour

After Hour Rates (3:30 pm- 7 am):
$100 charge for after hour service plus the per hour charge
After hour plumbing- $75 per hour
After hour building maintenance- $50 Per hour
