How many Associations are there in the Aspens?
There are 11 Condominium Associations and 2 Home Associations.
When is the end of my HOA’s fiscal year?
The association’s have different fiscal years. Call the office to see exactly when your fiscal year starts and ends.
How much are my HOA dues?
There are several different Homeowner Associations in the Aspen’s. For an exact amount contact the office at 307-733-5518.
I own a Condominium, what do my dues cover?
Each association varies for the monthly dues.
The quarterly dues cover the common areas and roads.

Who do I make my Payments to?
Towards the end of your fiscal year we will send payment coupons for the following year; each will be labeled with the appropriate HOA you need to pay ; as well as the due dates.
You will also receive monthly statements if you have not paid; the HOA or AMI’s name will be listed on the top.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Of course you can! Click Here for a link for the form and instructions, once completed you can mail or email it to the office. Please provide a copy of a blank check (this is just for verification purposes so numbers don’t get transposed).

Where can I have mail sent to?
If you are ordering by UPS or FedEx they will deliver to your unit; make sure to include your physical address and your unit number.
You can also send them to our office; we just ask for a heads up. There is a holding charge if they are not picked up in a timely manner.
For USPS mail the closest P.O. Boxes are in: Wilson, Jackson and Teton Village. There are also a few boxes in the front at the Aspens Market and Mail Boxes Etc.; if you would like to be on the waiting list contact the Wilson Post office.
Are pets allowed?
Pets vary depending on your HOA; please look at your buildings association rules and regulations or contact the AMI office.
What are Safety Inspections?
They happen every year in April; Condominiums only. It involves: Fire extinguisher inspections, chimney inspection/cleaning, inspection of smoke alarms, dryer vents, oven gaskets, etc..; they are mandatory.
What do I own in my Condominium?
Basically you own from the paint in, the doors and the windows and any plumbing not shared with another unit (example: faucets, drains, hot water heaters, etc.)
What if I rent my house or unit?
If you rent your home or unit please inform AMI so we know who to contact if anything arises.
You will also need to check out your association rules and regulations.

Unfortunately at this time only cash, checks or direct pay are offered as forms of payment.
